Your Purpose
We are recruiting a HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Brewery team on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will support the HR Directors and HR Business Partners across all HR functions, providing valuable insights to facilitate effective business partnering and coaching for line managers.
This role will be 4 days a week on-site and 1 day a week WFH.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist HR Business Partners with the execution of core people processes such as the Performance Cycle, Talent Planning, and Annual Compensation Planning.
* Collaborate on large-scale change projects and lead smaller-scale projects within your customer group.
* Actively participate in projects that are part of the HR function's Long Range Plan.
* Conduct thorough data analysis and provide actionable insights from HR information and scorecards.
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees, offering practical advice and guidance on the HR self-service model.
* Participate in our World Class Supply Chain methodology to drive continuous improvement across site.

* Demonstrated experience as a HR professional with a strong track record in applying employment legislation.
* Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
* Proficient in data analysis.
