Recruitment Support
* Write and format engaging job adverts that attract the right candidates.
* Post vacancies across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum visibility.
* Review applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Be a point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
* Learn the company’s hiring process and assist in interview stages where needed.
* Support initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and early career recruitment.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
* Ensure a smooth transition for new starters by handling pre-start processes and onboarding.
* Manage induction materials and coordinate introductory sessions.
* Check in with new hires during their probation to support their success.
* Handle general recruitment queries and manage the recruitment inbox.
HR & Employee Support
* Prepare employment contracts, letters, and company-wide communications.
* Assist with HR-related invoices, requisitions, and system updates.
* Maintain internal HR platforms and keep employee resources up to date.
* Organise company-wide initiatives like long service awards and employee engagement events.
* Support HR-led projects and provide cover for the HR Advisor when needed.
