Strengthen and oversee building the capability of statisticians (GSG) and statistics community (GSS) in the UKHSA Government Statistician Group (GSG), in support to of People group professions project, identifying and addressing skills gaps. Lead the day-to-day development of the Analysis Function in UKHSA, in partnership with the Director of Analysis and Intelligence Assessment. This includes, embedding the appropriate governance mechanisms to ensure analytical workstreams across the agency work in line with the Government Analysis Standards in relation to Quality Assurance, Coding Standards, Governance of business-critical models, Learning and Development. Develop a strong and vibrant Analytical Community in UKHSA.
