An exciting opportunity has become available for an administration post.
We are looking for a Team Administrator to work for Positive Lifestyle Team (PLT) & Community Mental Health Team to support the work of the Team which is based at Bamber Bridge alongside Adult Mental Health in Pathways.
The post holder will work closely with the Team Lead, be responsible for the patient journey, order supplies, manage the team inbox, undertake data collection, input on spreadsheets to name several tasks, arrange and manage team meetings and underpin the Clinical Team using variety of communication methods with addition to other general administrative duties.
The post holder should be an exceptional team player, flexible in their approach to work, be able to communicate effectively at all levels, possess excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to work as part of a team or on their own initiative and be capable of organising and prioritising their own workload.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service and coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
The post holder will be aligned to a specific clinical team and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the service providing cover to other teams on various sites as directed by the Team Leader in liaison with Locality Admin Co-ordinator to ensure continuity of a quality service.
