We are looking for an Order Handling Specialist to join our Order Handling Team and play a key role in ensuring seamless shipment releases and payments. In this role, you will be responsible for completing essential documentation, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring on-time and in-full project deliveries. You’ll handle a variety of document requirements based on shipment type and destination, working from internal delivery plans and communications. Additionally, you will review letters of credit and ensure timely presentation of documentation to the bank. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to success in this role. If you’re looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you Apply now and be part of a team that drives efficiency and excellence in order handling What you’ll do at Elekta Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) : Monitor internal delivery plan and prepare for upcoming shipments Arrange inspection from external provider where applicable On receipt of packing details from warehouse populate required documents and refer to any internal shipping instructions Add documents to internal folders for audit and traceability purposes Share documents with relevant stakeholders – eg warehouse / forwarder / customs broker / region Ensure M3 line status updated Prepare and submit LC documentation if applicable Upload documents for brief packs and edhr Generate MRL licence request O btaining and managing external documents such as Certificates of Origin, ATRs, and EUR1s U ploading necessary documentation for brief pack and eDHR completion.
