Job Description
My client is looking for an ambitious Customer Success specialist / Account Manager to manage the relationship and upsell/Cross-sell to existing clients across the UK & EMEA region.
My client is an innovative & well established Fintech start-up with a unique set of products to meet the risk and compliance needs of all regulated organisations and transform the way they see and use communication (mobile, data, trading etc ).
Location : London / Greater London. 3 days in the office.
The product has been implemented by more than 70 leading global FSI organisations globally.
* We are looking for a very commercially minded customer success specialist / Account manager :
* Achieve >50% Revenue Growth within the existing key customer base: Play an integral part in generating new sales (upsells/cross sells) that will further develop long-lasting relationships
* Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitionAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
* Acquire a thorough understanding of our portfolio of products and solutions
* Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
* Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
