What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Budget responsibility, ensuring contract KPIs and budgets are achieved, contributing to quarterly budget reviews covering all aspects of the accounts.
* Primary contact for the customer. Develop and maintain relationships in line with a partnership approach, attending regular customer reviews.

What you need to succeed at GXO
* Proven experience in a similar senior management role within logistics
* Awareness of differing commercial mechanisms as well as understanding P&Ls. Proven success in delivering costs and KPIs
* Experience in a customer-facing role, with exposure to project management, driving change and implementing a CI culture
