We have been retained by one of our clients to identify a Business Analyst with skills in Oracle Fusion ERP to join its team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all Oracle-related initiatives, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Oracle Fusion applications. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work onsite two days a week while also providing flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main Oracle point of contact, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Provide hands-on support in the configuration, testing, and training of Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement modules. Assist in project portfolio management to drive successful implementation and adoption of new features. Offer insights and recommendations for process improvements and best practices related to Oracle applications. Support HCM modules, specifically focusing on Time and Labour and Recruiting, as needed. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user understanding and engagement with Oracle systems. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance and Procurement. Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion applications is essential. Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management principles. Familiarity with HCM modules (Time and Labour, Recruiting) is a plus but not required. Strong skills in configuration, support, testing, and training of Oracle systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
