As a Neighbourhood Team Leader your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Have a commitment to great customer service delivery
* Focus on leading a team that delivers our tenancy sustainment/rent arrears and allocations service and supports the wider delivery of our core housing services
* Achieving high levels of tenant satisfaction and tenancy sustainment
* To lead, motivate and manage an effective team of Neighbourhood Officers and Allocations Officers
* Contribute to the achievement of its housing targets and objectives across all service standards and performance indicators
* Play a key part in taking forward our services and delivering a community focused housing service that puts the tenants at heart of what we do

About you:
* Excellent communication and mediation skills are essential
* An ability to solve problems is also important
* You must be able to organise your own workload
* You need experience in housing management or a customer focussed service
* You must have an understanding of landlord and tenant obligations
* You will have a clear customer focus and a flexible approach
* You will have good people skills with a passion for making a difference
