As a Neighbourhood Team Leader your duties will include but are not limited to:
10. Have a commitment to great customer service delivery
11. Focus on leading a team that delivers our tenancy sustainment/rent arrears and allocations service and supports the wider delivery of our core housing services
12. Achieving high levels of tenant satisfaction and tenancy sustainment
13. To lead, motivate and manage an effective team of Neighbourhood Officers and Allocations Officers
14. Contribute to the achievement of its housing targets and objectives across all service standards and performance indicators
15. Play a key part in taking forward our services and delivering a community focused housing service that puts the tenants at heart of what we do

About you:
16. Excellent communication and mediation skills are essential
17. An ability to solve problems is also important
18. You must be able to organise your own workload
19. You need experience in housing management or a customer focussed service
20. You must have an understanding of landlord and tenant obligations
21. You will have a clear customer focus and a flexible approach
22. You will have good people skills with a passion for making a difference
