Position Responsibilities:
* Covering the United States, develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in medical device manufacturing and distribution.
* Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate meetings with prospective clients.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation.
* Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in business development within medical logistics, including medical device manufacturers, distributors, and hospitals.
* Proven success in selling technology solutions to medical device manufacturers, distributors, and hospitals.
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Compensation: $150k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
