Nursery Nurse (Qualified Early Year Practitioner)
Salary: Starting from £27,056 per annum (inclusive of LW) - pro-rata for Term-time staff
About the Role
You will work as part of a multi-agency team in a nursery based in a children's centre, delivering high-quality early years provision that promotes and supports the needs of all children through effective holistic care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
You will develop professional relationships with multi-agency services and parents/carers to ensure continuity of care for children.
Working Hours
* Monksfield Way Children's Centre - Monday-Friday 9-3.15pm (term time only)
* Chalvey Grove Children's Centre/Family Hub - Monday to Friday 8.45-16:15pm (all year)
* Chalvey Grove Children's Centre/Family Hub - Monday to Friday 8.45-15:15pm (Term time only)
* Chalvey Grove Children's Centre/Family Hub - Monday to Friday 11.45-15:15pm (all year)
* Romsey Close Children's Centre/Family Hub - 4days per week 8.45-16:15pm (Term time)
* Romsey Close Children's Centre/Family Hub - Monday to Friday - 8.45-16:15pm (all year)
* Romsey Close Children's Centre/Family Hub - Monday to Friday 11:45-15:15pm (all year)
Requirements
You will need experience of working with children in an early years environment, an understanding of early years legislation and safeguarding and have a Level 3 qualification in early years practice or equivalent.
