We pride ourselves on being approachable, supportive, and welcoming and ensure that everyone’s hard work is About The Role: MEEM are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead our global organic social and influencer strategy. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the end-to-end execution of content across all organic channels, collaborating with creative teams to deliver innovative, on-brand campaigns that captivate and grow our community. You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, building brand awareness, and amplifying our presence across key markets, with a particular focus on the UK and US. Responsibilities: Own the global organic social strategy, aligning content with marketing goals and KPIs Collaborate with content creators to brief engaging, on-brand social campaigns Lead paid influencer partnerships — from negotiation to delivery Drive the organic influencer program, with a focus on UK & US markets Oversee copywriting and tone of voice across all social channels Build and manage a community of brand ambassadors to support growth targets Report on performance and provide actionable insights to drive results Experiment with creative formats and social-first storytelling Mentor the Social Media & Influencer Assistant Stay ahead of trends and share competitive insights to enhance strategy Skills Previous experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally in a fast-paced D2C brand Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills Strong understanding of social platforms, reporting tools, and analytics Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns and contracts Excellent copywriting skills and brand storytelling ability Fashion industry knowledge and influencer network are a plus Highly creative, trend-aware, and able to work independently under tight deadlines Employee Benefits: 33 days annual leave for full time employees (25 days holiday 8 bank holidays) A day off to celebrate your birthday.
