The Lead NCM Manager Europe (Network Capacity Management) is a key leadership role within Central Supply Planning responsible for the European pallet forecast. This role heavily interfaces with the Logistic & Operations (LogOps) management teams to ensure warehousing capacity is secured through the year and budgeted for the next. How you will contribute You will: - Lead the Supply Planning NCM monthly cycle (projections review, analysis, adjustments, final stock projections, key drivers). - Interact closely with Central Demand and IBP teams to ensure full submission alignment. - Ensure critical IBP messaging flows are shared and aligned with LogOps management teams. - Lead reviews with the Supply Planning Cluster teams to identify key drivers and deployment issues. - Act as a Supply Planning SPOC for all logistics network changes. - Support the creation of the annual budget (AC/OP) and other financial projections providing the information to LogOps. - Provide forecast inputs as required to all NCM weekly meetings in case of DC capacity issue. - Provide deployment information required for Logistic Control Centre (LCC), Procurement and Sourcing teams to operate effectively. - Support senior leadership with their continuous improvement agenda (o9 implementation, BI reporting, master data, training etc). - Track & govern deployment plan quality (and work corrections as needed e.g. master data). What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: - Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment - Open to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systems - Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle - Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan - Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills More about this role Work schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in the office Relocation Support Available?
