Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be working with a Business to Business organisation based in Rotherham as they look to appoint a HR Officer on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of HR, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the entire employee life cycle from recruitment onboarding, employee relations, engagement to offboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company and will provide you with the opportunity to gain overseas HR exposure at European level.
As a HR Officer your day to day duties include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters
2. Ensuring employee records and details are maintained
3. Support the end-to-end employee life cycle; oversee the recruitment and onboarding of UK hires
4. Supporting drive and continually improving recruitment and onboarding strategies
5. Help co-ordinate new and existing HR Projects & Initiatives
6. Organise and coordinate training activities
7. Co-ordinate company events & internal/external meetings
8. Drive community engagement activities across the business
