We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in providing exceptional support to our clients in the dental, surgical, and veterinary supplies sector. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development. Customer Experience Enhancement : Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with our company. Issue Resolution : Take ownership of complex customer issues, following through to resolution while maintaining a high level of communication with affected clients. Performance Monitoring : Analyse customer service metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement, setting clear goals and objectives for the team. Policy Development : Create and refine customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery. Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Budget Management : Oversee the customer service department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet operational needs. Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including sales and operations, to address customer concerns and improve service offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or supply industry. Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and tools. Ability to analyse data and generate reports on customer interactions. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
