As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Provide highly skilled and specialised assessment and treatment for patients within the in-patient/out-patient service.
* Take a lead role in occupational therapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patient caseloads.
* Support the wider MDT with complex discharge planning and Falls assessments.
* Develop practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs.
* Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas, and work practices.
* Apply technology for measurement, monitoring, and treatment of patients.
* Promote equality, diversity, and patient rights.

The ideal Occupational Therapist candidate will have:
* A degree (BSc Hons Occupational Therapy) or equivalent.
* Post-graduate experience in a relevant specialism.
* Experience in post-operative hand splinting and clinical leadership.
* Competence across a range of occupational therapy, management, and leadership skills.
* Registration with the Health Care Professions Council.
* Membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy.
