Stevenage FC Foundation is seeking highly motivated, responsible and committed individuals to work within its expanding community programme.
The Foundation is looking to recruit a Business Operations Assistant to provide high quality and robust support to the wider operation of the Foundation. Undertaking daily tasks to ensure the smooth running of all Foundation activities and that all information for sessions including registration details, payments, and monitoring information are up to date and processed correctly using appropriate systems.
* Job Title: Business Operations Assistant (Apprenticeship)
* Reports To: Head of Business Operations
* Location: Stevenage FC Foundation offices, The Lamex Stadium (SG2 8RH)
* Salary: Starting at £9,984 rising to £11,778 from 1st April 2025
Please note that this role is an apprenticeship, with a choice of learning options depending on the applicant's experience.
The Foundation is working in partnership with both Hart Learning & Development and University of Hertfordshire to provide a full-time Level 3 or Level 6 apprenticeship programme, which includes a minimum of 30 hours of work experience and 7.5 hours of education & training per week for a minimum of 15 months.
* 5 GCSEs, at 2-9 grade – Where a learner does not hold an equivalent to or GSCE grade 4 (C) or above, you will need to sit Functional Skills Level 2 English and Maths prior to taking the End Point assessment.
* Apprentices should be a minimum of 16 years of age at commencement of the programme.
* English, Maths and ICT at Level 2.
* Please be aware that teaching for the Level 6 Chartered Management degree apprenticeship will not commence until September 2025, however, the role is advertised for an immediate start.
