This leading supplier is looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist a small finance team.
Outline Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, and working in a small finance team, you will be involved with the following duties:
* Processing the Purchase Ledger; matching, batching & coding the invoices
* Processing the purchase orders
* Dealing with invoice queries by telephone & email
* Calculating expenses
* Processing tax reclaims
* Carrying out various administrative tasks to support the finance function
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the following duties:
* Expenses
The ideal candidate will be strong on Excel and be willing to take on additional finance duties.
