** SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - OUTSIDE IR35 - RAIL EXPERIENCE **We're currently recruiting a Senior QS to join our client, a well known tier 2 rail contractor. This is a freelance role on an ongoing basis but initially working on a £20m rail depot upgrade in North London. You will play a key role in managing costs, contract administration, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the project.The ideal candidate will be able to start either before Christmas or the first week back in January.
