* Hourly Rate: £12.00
* DAY and WAKE NIGHT shifts - Days: 8am-8.30pm; Wake Nights: 8pm-8.30am, across 7 days a week on a rota pattern
* Full-time (37.5 hrs a week) or part-time hours (from 25 hrs a week)
* For the Day shifts, the Ladies prefer that you are able to drive their mobility vehicles.
We are looking for proactive, engaging, and caring female support workers to join our close-knit support team in Loughor, Swansea. You will be supporting three wonderful ladies with learning disabilities and complex health needs to live their best lives.
The home you will be supporting in is a happy, vibrant place, full of life - the ladies have strong bonds with their support team.
Every day will be different and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each lady to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives. This will include supporting with favored activities, providing assistance with daily living skills, medication, personal care, and mobility assistance as required. We will provide you with additional training to enable you to support the ladies with their specific hydration and nutrition needs through PEG feeding.
