Mortgage Administrator / Processor / Case Manager who has previous experience or has worked in a similar role such as a Mortgage Broker or Underwriter is required to join an award-winning finance brokerage in Exeter, Devon, South West England.
SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum Basic Salary / £45,000 OTE + Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Hybrid (Flexible working – although candidates will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance to the Head Office in Exeter, Devon)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator / Processor / Case Manager who has previous experience in the mortgage industry either as a Mortgage Broker, Case Manager or Underwriter.
Working as a Mortgage Administrator / Processor / Case Manager you will support 6 Brokers and will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various administrative tasks related to the mortgage lending process such as preparing, reviewing and processing mortgage documents, ensuring that all the necessary documentation is complete and accurate, liaising with clients and updating the CRM system.
As a Mortgage Administrator / Processor / Case Manager you will join a specialist, directly authorised boutique brokerage who are one of the largest aggregators of construction finance in the UK.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Mortgage Administrator / Processor / Case Manager include:
1. Accurately input mortgage applications into various lender systems and upload documents
2. Manage a pipeline of mortgage and finance applications through to completion
3. Communicate with customers both in writing and verbally throughout the process (Post application)
4. Liaise with third parties where needed such as mortgage companies, solicitors, and surveyors
5. Oversee the client service journey
6. Record all interactions and activities in the CRM system
7. Support 6 brokers
