Job Description
HRLife are keen to talk to immediately available HR generalists for an initial temporary period for 2-3 months. This is a broad generalist role and will suit someone who loves variety where no two days are the same!
You will have responsibility for;
* Co-ordinating the employee lifecycle administration – managing all new starters / leavers / contracts / exit interviews etc.
* Producing all monthly reports – working with excel to provide analysis and reports
* Managing all benefits queries and renewals
* Supporting the wider HR team with reward projects
* Organising inductions for all new starters
* Inputting all the payroll data information monthly ready for Finance
* Ad-hoc projects
* Supporting the HR BP with ER queries and coaching managers as needed
Paying between £16-20 per hour / equivalent of 35/40k on a permanent basis.
Could go permanent for the right individual
Ideal candidate will live around the Bracknell area with flexibility to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
* Previous HR experience in the UK at this level is essential
