About the Role: As an ICT Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s IT systems. You’ll provide technical support, maintain hardware and software, and assist with troubleshooting IT-related issues. This is initially a temporary position, but there is potential for it to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support to students and staff. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems. Assist with the installation and configuration of new technology. Ensure the security and efficiency of the school’s IT infrastructure. Support classroom technology, including interactive displays and educational software. About You: Experience in an IT support role (preferably in an educational setting). Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A proactive and approachable attitude with great communication skills. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
