HR Assistant Responsibilities
Organising and co-ordinating recruitment activities ensuring compliance with current legislation and safer recruitment requirements. Assisting with the running of recruitment days, meeting candidates, conducting ID checks and dealing with associated paperwork. Ensuring all new starter paperwork is received and the details are recorded on the relevant data bases. Maintaining employee personnel files ensuring that accurate records are maintained in compliance with GDPR and safer recruitment legislation. Assist the HR Manager with managing the organisation’s monthly payroll Assisting in Disciplinary and Grievance or other HR related meetings, specifically note taking. HR Assistant Rewards

HR Assistant Experience Essentials
The successful candidate for this role will be from either a HR or Recruitment background in a professional capacity. You will also be able to demonstrate:
Educated to GCSE level, or equivalent, with English and Maths A-C Knowledge and understanding of personnel policies and data protection legislation. Attention to detail, work well under direction and work autonomously when required Ability to prioritise, take initiative and produce accurate, detailed work. Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A professional, discreet and diplomatic approach HR Assistant Location
Our client’s lovely office is based in Summertown, close to Oxford City Centre (OX2) with free parking onsite, and there are also close public transport links. Core hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday-Friday, with an hour for lunch.
