Digital Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of our new greenfield, native mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in defining, developing, and launching mobile apps that meet user needs and business goals. They will also have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies. Responsibilities: Responsible for the performance and customer experience of Wren’s mobile applications: including defining stories, acceptance criteria and prioritisation of backlog to maximise value. Work with internal and external customers to understand customer needs. Get stuck into gathering requirements and taking a hands-on approach to projects when needed to show leadership and support to BA team. Own the day-to-day relationship with our third-party digital transformation agency for your product - leading the daily and weekly catchups to ensure successful roadmap delivery. Coordinate roadmap requirements from the wider stakeholder group, working in harmony with other Product Owners (including retail website and trade). Track and report on project benefit realisation versus key objectives and forecasts. Assist in the creation of business cases for larger change projects relating to your product area. Act as the subject matter expert for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product. Keep project sponsors and key stakeholders updated on the product backlog, project timelines and overall performance. Own the consultation process with key stakeholders when presenting new ideas. Proven track record of successfully developing and launching digital products. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
