We are seeking Field Sales Representatives to play a pivotal role, balancing account management and new sales. In this role, you'll visit customers across a variety of sites, including construction sites, production plants, and offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong partnerships with customers by understanding their business and identifying their needs.
* Manage and nurture existing accounts, fostering sustainable, long-term relationships.
* Effectively manage your territory, identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.
* Provide tailored solutions and technical advice during site visits.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing B2B or field sales role.
* Previous sales experience in construction is an advantage.
* Professional, organised, and a natural people person.
* A full, clean driver’s license is essential.
