You will provide individualized support to each person and engage them with hobbies and interests to empower individuals to develop skills and independence.

We are a residential service that supports people with mental health issues, physical health, and learning disabilities. As a team, we provide 24/7 support to help individuals live their best lives.
As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals providing them with practical and emotional support, encouraging them to achieve their personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives, including keeping safe, engaging in meaningful activities, community involvement, and emotional health and wellbeing.

Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of the start date.
Turning Point Scotland operates a List of Approved Relief Workers who may be contacted by services when there is a need to engage additional workers to provide the required support to someone who uses our services. Relief Workers are primarily deployed to cover periods of leave or sickness absence and to provide additional support during peak activity.
