Key Responsibilities
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of taxi services.
• Client Relations: Manage client communications, scheduling, and bookings for optimal client experience from inquiry to follow-up.
• Marketing and Promotions: Develop and support marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media engagement, and email marketing campaigns.
• Financial Oversight: Handle invoicing, payments, and basic financial tracking; work closely with accounting for accurate financial management.
• Event Coordination: Organize and execute workshops, seminars, and webinars; manage logistics, promotion, and client communications.
• Project Management: Oversee ongoing business development projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs to drive data-informed strategies for improved business operations and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance and operational reports to the Director, with actionable insights for improvement.
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
• Qualifications: Relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in business support, office management, or a similar role, preferably in the transport or taxi sector.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Financial Competence: Proficiency in basic financial management, including invoicing and record-keeping.
