As a Kitchen Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action and will play a key role in our catering operation, assisting with the preparation and service of food while keeping an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.
The Role
1. To clear and clean the dining room
2. To assist with setting out of food for service in accordance with the menus
3. To prepare the kitchen equipment for service
4. To prepare food for service in accordance with the menus
5. To set up the dining room and arrange the dining room furniture
6. To serve the meals
7. To wash up and clean all the light and heavy equipment
8. To comply with legislation relating to H&S and hygiene
9. To report any problems/defects with equipment to the Line Manager
10. To maintain a high standard of customer care
About You
11. Enthusiastic approach to work
12. Catering experience is preferred - but a positive, can-do attitude is essential
13. Good understanding of the principals of food hygiene
14. You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer
15. Making sure the customer come first, ensuring their experience is an exceptional one one
16. A determined team player who works well with others
