Description of the Role
1. Preparing shipping documents and export certificates.
2. Liaising with both couriers and warehouse staff regarding deliveries.
3. Raising invoices and sending them to customers.
4. Processing customer orders and checking stock availability.
5. Providing quotations and following up with customers.
6. Answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries, and supporting the wider team.
About You
1. Experience of working within a similar Sales Administration role.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Communication skills, able to liaise on a variety of levels via phone and email.
4. Experience of working with Microsoft Office. Sage experience would be advantageous.
