How you’ll make an impact
As a Training Consultant, you will be driven and have a passion for high-quality face-to-face training. You will drive practice success and show practices how our solutions are crucial for patients getting access to dental care. You will work closely with the wider training consultants and the training team leader on how to deliver professional training.
As we launch Dentally into Canada, you will play a key role in our growth and success. In between your training engagements, you will work closely with the entire cross-functional team to ensure customers are happy, productive, and successful. Your input and the customer feedback you gather will be essential to the company’s success as future initiatives and needs arise with the growth of Dentally in Canada.
What you'll do
1. Conduct personalization of the software to meet customer requirements.
2. Train and support our customers in the use of Dentally on-site in their own practice as well as remotely online as needed.
3. Ensure best practice training to maximize usage of the software and associated modules.
4. Promote and train software features to maximize usage of our products to grow revenue for both the customer and our company.
5. Monitor and manage simultaneous training tasks, ensuring key milestones are being met on time and without issue.
6. Work with the larger training team on the production of training-related documents and associated tasks.
7. Work with the team to plan and refine training initiatives in an ever-changing environment.
8. Train other TSMs in the software and processes as required.
9. Attend industry trade shows and represent the Dentally brand.
10. Make active contributions and bring new ideas to help the overall growth and success of Dentally.
11. Provide customer feedback and insights to Product Development and Sales to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you’ll bring with you
The following is desirable but not essential:
1. Strong, professional face-to-face customer service experience.
2. Ability to think and solve problems on the fly in a busy and challenging role.
3. Excellent communication skills, both with external customers and with internal teams, with the ability to demonstrate the way forward while working on your own initiative.
4. A strong work ethic with the desire to exceed expectations.
5. Previous training experience and/or a training qualification.
6. Dental experience will be an advantage.
7. Highly motivated and capable of working as an effective team player, relying on internal teams to ensure your sites are onboarded smoothly.
8. Previous experience working away from home as a sole representative of a company is advantageous.
Availability
1. Able to travel within Canada up to 3 weeks per month.
2. Available for travel on evenings and weekends.
This is a hybrid role, with one day in the office to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.

The posted range for this position is between CAD $75,000 - CAD $80,000, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education, etc.
