Commercial TPA (Loss Adjuster) Oversight Lead – Salary competitive We’re looking for an experienced commercial expert, who is excited about working with a great and professional team to ensure we are experts and constantly delivering excellence. A bit about the job: To oversee and improve performance of our Commercial TPA arrangements and loss adjuster, to act as a referral point. To drive excellence and deliver excellent customer experience, indemnity spend and operational efficiency through a robust governance framework. Consistently looking at ways we can drive improvements through effective oversight of the customer journey and indemnity spend using data to make informed decisions. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Cert CILA or CII /Dip CILA or CII or Professional body designation or commitment to achieve within an agreed timeframe Useful to have HND/HNC Building studies and accreditation to CII, RICS, CIOB, CILA, BDMA. Strong understanding of insurance principles, coverage issues and effective leadership experience. Experience in handling complex commercial property claims. Experience in effectively managing stakeholders including brokers and service providers as well as driving customer excellence. Good commercial awareness & appreciation of economic environment.
