Change Manager
Location: Macclesfield - 12 months - Hybrid - outside IR35
Role Overview:
The Change Manager has a key role as we transform the Clinical Supply Chain Operations to move from a non-SAP environment to S4HANA and specifically intelligent Clinical Supply Chain Management (ICSM). You will partner with the business and the other project leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a structured program to enhance people development capability in the Transformation journey across business areas.
2. Ensure key aspects are embedded in Business As Usual (BAU).
3. Lead projects to uplift planning and digital capabilities focusing on people development across the clinical supply chain.
4. Understand the skills, capabilities, and behavioral requirements necessary to operate in our future digital landscape.
5. Apply comprehensive experience in all areas of the training cycle.
6. Develop, deliver, and coordinate functional and technical training.
Qualifications:
1. Good understanding of both theory and processes of Change Management.
2. Exposure/knowledge of supply planning and digital capability across the supply chain.
3. Effective communication style and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
