We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Quality team based at our Wakefield office. You will join us at an exciting time as we embark upon a transformation of the quality team. Your role will be critical in the day-to-day operational management of our quality, customer service and administration activities that underpin our quality assurance offer for all products and services.

You will lead a small team to ensure we deliver a great service to our customers. There will also be a number of key deliverables and managing the performance of your team is key to success.
This is a full time role, working 35 hours Monday - Friday. Your office base will be at our Wakefield Hub so you must be in commuting distance of this office 5 days a week. You must also be willing to travel to other regional hubs or on customer visits as and when required. Unfortunately we cannot consider home based applicants for these roles.

Delivering day-to-day operational effectiveness for the Quality team
Driving continuous improvement
Being an effective leader and role model for your team/colleagues
Working in collaboration with your Quality Manager
Supporting with training and personal development
Quality assurance and risk management (dont worry you can pick this up as you go!)
Building strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders
Processing data in spreadsheets, recording information etc.
About you You should be someone who is organised, self-motivated, resilient and can work at pace.
You must have experience in a team leader or similar supervisory position as you will need your transferable skills to hit the ground running when you join us.
A Level 3 or above qualification (or comparable apprenticeship / experience) in team leadership or management would be desirable but not essential.
We work with lots of data, so you need to have proficient IT skills, be confident with new technologies and systems and be skilled in the use of Excel as this will form a significant part of your day-to-day role.
