Job summary We are recruiting for a Administration Manager-Maternity who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. You will work collaboratively with clinicians to ensure day to day management of outpatient activity. The post holder will be responsible for administrative support provided within maternity services. You will ensure smooth running of the office by carrying out a range of administrative tasks and overseeing the management of administrative tasks within the team. This will involve the ongoing support of the clinical midwifery teams and their administration teams, establishing common systems and procedures that are both efficient and effective. Main duties of the job We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Maternity Administration Manager within Women and Children's Division. The Maternity Administration Manager will be responsible for the management of administrative teams within the maternity service dealing with recruitment, training, development, discipline and appraisal of these staff. The post holder must apply a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work.
