You will also design and deliver innovative training programmes and content that meet the diverse needs of our teams; helping to create the right culture and environment within which colleagues can learn and grow. You will be required to conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skills gaps and development opportunities and evaluate the success of training interventions, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of the business and colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience. To further compliment the skills of our team, ideally you will be an experienced trainer and be confident in creating engaging e-learning content, preferably with experience using Articulate.
