About You To succeed in this role, you will: Have experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities Be familiar with CQC regulations and have knowledge of Health and Safety, as well as Safeguarding guidelines Hold (or be willing to achieve within 18 months) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or an equivalent qualification Have strong IT skills, including experience in maintaining records Have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live independent and fulfilling lives A full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle, is essential for the role. About the role Support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives and promote independence. Act as a role model by demonstrating excellent support and leading good practice. Coach, support, and manage staff teams to deliver person-centered care. Assist the Regional Service Manager with delegated responsibilities for day-to-day operations. Oversee team performance, ensuring high standards of care and support. Foster a culture of dignity, wellbeing, and independence for those supported.
