Retail Events Manager, Northern Europe
Location: London, UK
We are seeking a Retail Events Manager to support the Northern Europe region. Based at our UK Head Office in London, this role is a crucial part of the Retail Operations team, working closely with the Retail Director and Senior Retail Operations Manager to plan and execute dynamic retail events in alignment with our regional Retail Dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate in-store events, acting as the main contact for retail teams and providing comprehensive event information.
* Collaborate with the Retail Director to research and propose ideas for commercial and brand activations.
* Support large-scale retail and communications activations as needed.
* Manage the entire event process from planning to execution, including logistics, invitations, caterers, and budgets.
* Work closely with the Buying team to prepare and share product presentations with retail teams in advance.
* Represent the brand at in-person events, assisting with setup and breakdown as necessary.
* Report monthly on activations to capture performance metrics against investment.
* Develop and distribute client communication assets for in-store or event use.
* Partner with the Retail Director and Senior Operations Manager on budget proposals for events and manage quarterly and annual budgets.
* Own the coordination of all company events from planning to execution.
* Manage the events diary, keeping all departments informed of upcoming events.
* Assist in global training initiatives and coordinate both private and public sale events.
Skills and Requirements:
* Significant experience in event management, ideally at a senior level or with large-scale projects.
* Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to execute events from start to finish.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with all levels of stakeholders.
* A proactive, motivated approach with the ability to meet demands in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective team player, adaptable to changing business needs.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Problem-solving skills with an analytical, customer-centric, and solution-driven mindset.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
Success Metrics:
* Consistent achievement of KPIs, including increased customer acquisition and targeted CRM success.
* Proactive oversight of department projects, sharing planning documents, reports, and analyses.
* Ability to meet deadlines, work under time pressure, and provide reliable support to the department.
