Annual Salary - £11,700 per year Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch Duties • Communicating with customers and suppliers over the telephone and via email • Logging queries and setting tasks to the purchasing team using our Sage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system • Processing customer orders that are straight forward including the procurement of the parts/services requested by customers • Preparing quotes for customers • Converting quotes to sales orders • Chasing for updates on deliveries from suppliers • Keeping customers informed • Review On Holds orders and action where necessary • Review all zero values pricing orders • Sales invoice runs • Inputting data on Sage • Running reports • General administration duties Desired Skills & Qualities • You will need to be organized and capable of maintaining CRM systems and good general administrative skills • You must be outgoing and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • You must be able to present information to clients in a concise manner and have a good sales technique • You must be able to work as part of a team and be able to support other team members as and when required • At ease with working in a multicultural environment and ability to interact effectively with individuals of all levels in the organisation. • Professional presence and integrity • Computer literate • Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt accordingly • Good attention to detail • Ability to work to deadlines • Comfortable working independently or with the team Company Benefits Eligible for an NUS card for discounts in shops and restaurants.
