We are looking to offer a Maintenance Controller the opportunity to join our expanding Service & Compliance team based in Castleford. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will ensure that planned maintenance events are managed in accordance with current Service Level Agreements and that the business delivers a “best in class” customer experience.

As the Maintenance Controller, you’ll get the opportunity to:
* Support with the scheduling of statutory inspections, examinations, calibrations and service events, for all Plant & Vehicles.
* Ensure that “best cost solutions” are adopted for the provision of all maintenance events.
* Contact customers to arrange and book compliance and service events, including MOT’s.
* Process defect reports following a scheduled event and arrange remedial repairs as required.
* Process recharges in accordance with SLA’s.
* Book external repairers and raise/process PO’s for your nominated contracts.
* Support the breakdown team during busy periods.
What you’ll bring?
* Experience in a similar role within the plant and fleet sector.
* Strong commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
* Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
* Good IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fleet Maintenance related software would be an advantage; however, training will be provided.
