As part of the pension administration team, you will support the Pension Administrator with administrative tasks and assist the Pension Consultant in delivering efficient office operations and exceptional client service.
Location: Godalming
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:
1. Collaborate with the new business department to verify the accuracy and completeness of application information.
2. Create and update database records to efficiently establish new pension schemes.
3. Maintain and record client data and financial transactions with precision.
4. Distribute incoming mail to the appropriate recipients.
5. Ensure database records are accurately maintained and regularly updated.
6. Draft and generate standard client correspondence.
7. Manage schedules to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
8. Log and file copies of correspondence under appropriate references.
9. Handle client phone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
10. Print and photocopy standard database reports as required, both routinely and on request.
11. Assist consultants with additional tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
