Administration Assistant/Tollerton/Nottingham/Bank/Adhoc Shifts Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join the Bank team. You must be able to drive to access this hospital and apply for the role. Duties and responsibilities: To ensure an exemplary level of administration support and customer service to all patients, consultants, GPs and hospital staff that meets and strives to exceed all of our customer's expectations. To present a high standard of personal appearance together with total confidentiality in every aspect of work at all times. To provide information to patients, consultants and other relevant departments in a timely and courteous manner. To provide an efficient imaging administration service within the hospital utilising all necessary hospital IT programs while operating within established policies and procedures. Who we're looking for: Educated to GCSE standard in English and Maths.
