Our role
The role of Creative Director will see you take responsibility for creating insightful and effective conceptual ideas, whilst overseeing and producing impactful, original, intelligent work. You will excel across a broad range of media, whilst pro-actively furthering you and your team’s skills across all areas. You will be a mentor to all Creatives in your team, helping them to fulfil their potential.
Role responsibilities
* You will lead the origination and delivery of conceptual ideas whilst guiding and shaping these with the wider team.
* You will oversee and produce creative work across a broad range of media, which is appropriate and exceeds the clients’ brief.
* You will manage the day to day running of your creative team, providing creative nurturing and day to day management.
* You will be the lead in pitch activity – leading the Creative Team’s activity and complementing the Accounts and Strategic Teams to ensure the creative put forward is appropriate, on brief and innovative to the client need.
* You will have a good financial awareness of projects, ensuring creative ideas and execution are realistic to budget.
