Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager at Audus Kitchens. The role is based in St Albans with the flexibility for some work from home. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, analytical skills, customer retention, relationship building, and customer service.

2. Customer Retention and Relationship Building capabilities
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
5. Experience in the kitchen or interior design industry is a plus
