Job title: Site and Facilities Advisor

Salary: £35,802+ dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Facilitate (through project delivery) planned facilities and service activities in relation to equipment, supplies, installation, refurbishment, repairs or renovation
* Provide support to ensure facilities remain safe, legal and compliant
* Monitor 3rd party subcontractors to ensure facility installation/modifications/repairs are being carried out safely and to the right level of quality
* Preparation of work order status reporting packs
* Monitoring and updating of work orders within SAP
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
* Experienced monitoring 3rd party vendors
* Facilities Management experience in an industrial environment
* Conversant with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Desirable
* SAP Knowledge
* NEBOSH general certificate

The Landlord Management Team:
Part of a wider site and facilities team that provides FM support to various buildings across site. Our principal aim is to ensure the facilities our tenant occupies remain safe, legal and compliant and also ensure that our tenants operate their facilities in line with their tenant responsibilities. We predominantly provide support to our tenant via the project delivery of minor facility improvement projects that enable continued compliance. Within this role there will be the opportunity to provide FM support to both office buildings and production facilities in which support the Nuclear build team.
