This role is all about supporting young people, enhancing their self-esteem and quality of life, and leading a team of support workers to provide the best care possible.
As a Team Leader, you'll earn a competitive rate of £12.50 per hour. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a caring environment, and play a vital role in improving the lives of young people with specific needs.

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting other members of staff in the provision of care for young people.
Assisting in managing the residential home alongside the Home Manager & Deputy Manager.
Deputising in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager.
Leading shifts when most senior person on duty or when directed to do so.
Being involved in setting up and implementing personal care plans for Service Users.
Assisting with day care activities and communicating with other staff about Service Users’ needs/activities.
Helping to ensure that each Service User’s health needs are met, including liaising with medical services.Package and Benefits:
As a Team Leader, you'll receive:
An hourly rate of £12.50.
A flexible 24-hour rota system including evenings and weekends.
28 days holiday per year including statutory Bank Holidays.
The opportunity to work in a supportive and caring environment.The ideal candidate for the Team Leader role should have:
Good communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
A willingness to undertake training.
A full UK driving licence, or be working towards gaining a full driving licence.
A Diploma level 3.
Experience of working in a caring environment with young people (desired).
