As Senior Marketing Business Analyst, you’ll be leading a team of Marketing Business and Technical Analysts. You’ll work across our Marketing, Business and Technical teams, to ensure outcomes are understood and requirements are captured to deliver improvements to marketing strategy, programmes, initiatives and projects.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Lead the delivery of Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations priorities and projects.
2. Set and shape the correct delivery approach for each of our underlying hypothesis.
3. Spend time with our IT, Business and Change teams to understand their processes, systems and problems.
4. Provide and lead in-depth technical and business analysis.
5. Provide detailed user stories acceptance criteria that balance the needs of the business, solution capability and delivery constraints.
6. Work collaboratively with Developers, Testers, and Technology and Strategy leads.
7. Be the point of contact for main Marketing teams around our business, providing day-to-day support of marketing reporting and analytics.
8. Support and contribute to the working of our Agile scrum team.
9. Be a confident communicator, creating strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Your Profile
What we’re looking for:
10. Significant Business Analyst experience across campaign, new product launch and Marketing.
11. Communications experience, with knowledge of document configuration.
12. Able to use insights to act and do things differently.
13. Broad marketing experience, enabling different and alternative perspectives across Financial Services, Health and Wellbeing activities.
14. Outstanding presentational, engagement and communication skills.
15. Solid commercial understanding, ability to work in partnership with wider stakeholders.
16. Excellent storyteller able to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
17. Good knowledge and understanding of adhering to and managing within a regulated environment.
18. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, professional in approach.
19. Track record of seeking excellence in the service we can provide to our customers.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
