Produce products right first time, every time, in line with the Production Plan, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. Report any issues observed relating to Safety, Quality, Sanitation, Machinery, or Output to the Shift Manager.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Ensure product is manufactured to the required specification adhering to the Quality Systems and Procedures at all times, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
2. Follow Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
3. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and wear PPE correctly.
4. Maintain a “Clean-As-You-Go” culture, keeping production areas and equipment clean and tidy.
5. Submit Time Off requests via Natural HR in a timely manner.
6. Adhere to the Absence Reporting Policy and attend Return to Work interviews.
7. Ensure product manufacturing and packing meet target dates in the Production Plan, highlighting any variances to Manufacturing Standards.
8. Report observed issues related to Quality, Safety, Sanitation, Machinery, or Output to the Shift Supervisor.
9. Conduct all tasks safely, following the Health & Safety Policy.
10. Report accidents, incidents, and near misses promptly and accurately.
11. Attend Staff Briefings, 1-to-1s, and Performance Development Reviews as required.
12. Through the PDR process, become fully trained in all department areas, including potential cross-training to meet customer and business needs.

5. Previous food factory experience, preferably in FMCG
6. Basic Health & Safety and Food Hygiene qualifications
7. Fork Lift Truck License
