Service Training Centre, Maresfield
12 months Fixed Term Contract
18.5 hours per week days/hours flexible
ESFRS are looking for a trainer to design, deliver and evaluate training throughout East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service (ESFRS) including; Health, Safety and Welfare training, First Aid training, Manual Handling training, Working at Height (Access Safety Kit) training, Incident Command training and Water Safety training.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
* First aid qualifications or other appropriate qualification detailed in the job description
* Level 3 Training and Education award or evidence of previous instructor experience
* Previous experience in a training role and ability to train using various methods
* A current UK driving license
This role will require a standard DBS check.

DBS and Non-Police Personnel Vetting
All roles at East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service will be subject to either DBS checks (minimum standard level) or a Police vetting process (the latter for roles based at Joint Headquarters in Lewes).
