About You: You will work as the lead professional, working closely with families and partners to ensure all family members’ needs are met using whole family and strengths-based practice. You will act as the case holder for families with additional needs who are vulnerable, using an assessment, plan, and review process to improve their outcomes. You will ensure that your work with children and families is purposeful, that risk is identified and escalated appropriately, and interventions are targeted to the needs of the child and family. Our practice framework adopts Signs of Safety, systemic practice - being trauma informed and thinking about relationships.
